Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge — Top 7 Facts + FAQ
I have a conundrum. I only rarely like to drink alcohol, but I love the taste of a good cocktail.
Sure, I know. You can get cocktails without alcohol. But, what’s the point?
Why not enjoy the same experience but in the form of a convenient vape cartridge? Terpenes are among the most amazing flavoring substances in the world, and by carefully balancing terpene ratios, you can replicate almost any taste.
I’m not sure if my Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge tasted exactly like a mimosa. I’m certain, however, that it was delightfully fruity and tasted just like the type of overpriced cocktail you might judge fit to order after you’ve had a few too many drinks already.
1. Secret Nature packages always arrive flawlessly intact
There’s nothing better than receiving a Secret Nature care package in the mail — oh wait, there is: receiving a Secret Nature care package in the mail filled to the brim with brand-new, just-released products.
I wasn’t concerned about the state of my items before tearing open the black bubble mailer. Secret Nature packages always arrive looking like they just came off the warehouse shelf.
That’s the first thing you have to look forward to with Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge — a flawless, relaxed unboxing experience.
- Impeccable, attractive black bubble mailer
- Items arrived in mint condition
2. Your Mimosa ∆8 cartridge comes in a smell-proof bag
Secret Nature’s packaging is thoughtful, creative, beautiful, and effective. I’ve never seen gold-embossed black coloring used in the hemp industry, and it immediately brings to mind fine cigars, caviar, and the sweet life.
Breaking the sticker-seal with my thumb, I slide out my vape cartridge’s inner box. Inside is nestled an airtight plastic bag partially concealing a double-capped vape cart with its translucent Secret Nature logo.
Opening the bag, I’m met with a welcome sight — Secret Nature’s original stainless steel vape cartridge mouthpiece. Due to supply chain disruptions, SN briefly lost access to these innovative and beautiful cartridge tips, but they’re back with a vengeance.
- Very clear distillate, slightly honey colored
- Love the stainless steel mouthpiece
3. It has a double-edged texture
I tried my Secret Nature OG Kush Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge first, so I was slightly leery of the Mimosa version of SN’s newest cartridge. The effects, flavor, and everything else about ∆8 OG Kush utterly smashed my expectations, but the texture of an 85% ∆8 cartridge can’t help but be harsh.
Inhaling a puff of ∆8 Mimosa vapor, I was at first shocked to find the texture completely smooth. Had I been mistaken? Had it really been the OG Kush terpenes that caused the slightly harsher texture of my other vape?
Then, I exhaled. Nope, there it was. There was the concentrate with only 15% non-cannabinoid-volume I was looking for.
Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge didn’t make me hack up a lung by any stretch of the imagination. Puffing on this super-potent ∆8 cartridge might make you wheeze a little bit after a session’s second or third hit, however.
- Not as harsh on the draw as OG Kush, but harsher on the exhale
- Exhale brings to mind a dew-kissed mountain meadow with a sharp-edged tinge
4. It has a creamy cocktail flavor
I’ll be perfectly honest — I don’t remember the last time I had a mimosa, and I didn’t rush to the nearest bar to do last-minute research for this article. Sorry.
A mimosa is just champagne and orange juice, but there’s a lot of room for interpretation in the preparation. What I can say for sure is that my Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge had a strong fruity and creamy flavor that did, somehow, taste slightly alcoholic.
I’d say that my SN ∆8 Mimosa vape tasted like something just a tad fancier than a mimosa. Maybe there was some pureed peach in there as well, and let’s not forget the harsher after-texture that might make you wheeze and grab your sides like you just slammed down a shot.
- Fruity flavor — orange, strawberry, peach, or even pineapple
- Sort of crisp but not particularly minty or piney
- Extremely sour, strongly reminiscent of a cocktail
- Not necessarily a mimosa, but I’m no mixologist
5. Its effects are sativa-loopy
Prepare for liftoff. Mimosa is one hell of a sativa — especially when paired with delta 8 THC.
While almost identical to ∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol, delta 8 is fully chemically distinct. As a result, it affects the brain differently from delta 9.
Sativas are all about breaking through to the next level of productivity, creativity, or enjoyment. All too often, however, THC users are limited by tolerance.
In my experience, delta 8 THC seemingly bypasses delta 9 tolerance, delivering a fresh experience that is, in the case of the Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge, decidedly peppy.
If even high doses of delta 9 THC leave you practically unaffected, be properly prepared before puffing on SN’s ∆8 Mimosa. It might take you right back to that resplendent sativa plateau you discovered when you first started smoking weed.
- Effects are immediate and notably peppy
- Sort of dissociative as well — good for either zoning out or getting in a flow state
6. It kicks in right away & lasts a long time
As I write, I just took two hits of Secret Nature Mimosa in a row a little over an hour ago. That was enough to jazz me up into a highly creative state, and I’m just now starting to notice the gentle dragon I’m riding start to slow down.
Hitting mimosa twice was enough to get me fully dialed into the ∆8 zone by the time my tabs were open and my fingers hit the keyboard. These nice, quick effects are what we’re all looking for in sativas, which have to match your speed to effectively onboard onto your day’s trajectory.
- Fast-acting vape
- Great for hitting the moment you sit down to a creative activity
7. I’d give it a perfect score, but…
To be honest, I loved Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge. I’m a sucker for candy-flavored sativas that leave me buzzing with energy, and ∆8 Mimosa definitely did the trick.
I just wish it didn’t thrash me so much on the way out. Instead of blowing big clouds, I have to take smaller, careful puffs of ∆8 Mimosa even on my battery’s lowest temperature setting.
That’s just the nature of an 85% cannabinoid cartridge. It’s not like there’s anything wrong with the product’s design or follow-through.
I just like things on the smoother side. So, I can’t say my experience with the Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge was all-encompassingly flawless.
- Packaging and labeling: 5/5
- Texture: 4/5
- Flavor: 5/5
- Effects: 5/5
- Duration of effects: 5/5
- Overall score: 4.8/5
Who is it good for?
Me. No, I’m serious — for once, I am the exact target market to which I would recommend this product.
If you use THC semi-frequently and love sativas, the Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge is right for you. I love using cerebral, focusing sativas while I work, so if you spend a lot of your day in front of a screen, pick up an SN ∆8 Mimosa cartridge to make the time fly past your slightly lowered eyes.
Secret Nature Mimosa Delta 8 THC Vape Cartridge FAQ
What else do you need to know about your ∆8 Mimosa cart?
1. Where do I learn how to vape CBD oil or ∆8 distillate?
Hemp vape cartridges are pretty simple, and your Secret Nature battery comes with instructions. If you’re looking for pro tips, the Shared Secrets blog is a treasure trove of in-depth, expert level guides on how to vape CBD oil, the differences between indica and sativa vapes, and how to use the Secret Nature vape battery specifically.
2. How much CBD should I vape?
There aren’t any established guidelines for CBD dosing. An average hit of hemp vapor can contain anywhere between 5-10mg of CBD, and doses of CBD up to 1500mg have been well-tolerated in clinical studies. That said, the overall safety of vaping hasn’t been officially established either.
3. How much delta 8 should I vape?
Delta 8 is one of the newest cannabinoids to hit the block, making appropriate dosing difficult to determine. However, delta 8 appears to operate very similarly to delta 9, so it’s likely that established ∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol safety guidelines will ultimately also apply to ∆8.
