10 Reasons to Try the Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Roll 2-Pack — Review + FAQ - Secret Nature

The world is still reeling in the wake of ∆8-tetrahydrocannabinol’s sudden entry into the general market. All Secret Nature knows at this point is that if people are going to make delta 8 products anyway, they’ll make them too — only 10 times better.

I was excited to hear from the team at Secret Nature that new delta 8 products were in the works. I was even more stoked to try Secret Nature’s new delta 8 vape cartridges for myself.

I wasn’t ready, however, for the experience of smoking a Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Roll. This isn’t what you’re used to with delta 8 — find out what I mean.

1. It arrives discreetly

I recently got some designer pants in the mail. They arrived in an unmarked, black bubble mailer. So did my Secret Nature joints.

Secret Nature deliberately chooses packaging that is simultaneously luxurious and subdued. Receiving ∆8 THC in the mail isn’t something you exactly want to declare from the rooftops, making this discretion much appreciated.

  • Nobody will notice you just got some ∆8 in the mail
  • Attractive and simple black bubble mailer

2. It features handy labeling and luxurious packaging

There isn’t much space on a Secret Nature pre-roll 2-pack box. Somehow, however, Secret Nature manages to cover almost every available surface with densely packed information.

On the bottom is a sticker with the batch ID of your 2-pack and a QR code you can scan for lab results. Flip to the back, and you’ll find general information on Secret Nature’s pre-rolls, some disclaimers, and other helpful info.

I’ll never get tired of Secret Nature’s glass joint tubes. Before I smoke them, my pre-rolls remind me of specimens in a jar, perfectly preserved and awaiting the moment someone uncorks their wondrous aromas.

Speaking of which, Secret Nature buds are always perfectly cured. Buds smelling fine after airing out is one thing, but I never whiff anything I shouldn’t even right after I open my SN flower containers for the first time.

  • Detailed labeling for such a small package
  • Smooth and sophisticated glass joint cylinder
  • Perfectly preserves ideally cured flower

3. It goes down surprisingly smooth

If you’ve sampled the online D8 industry, you know how often you have to hold your nose and take the plunge. Smoking a Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Roll, on the other hand, is like taking a relaxing swim in a warm, breezy lagoon.

In an industry dominated by low-potency trim hastily sprayed with cheaply acquired ∆8, Secret Nature’s delta 8 pre-rolls are a breath of fresh air. They contain delta-8-infused CBG flower mixed with Secret Nature’s all-star Frosted Kush indica CBD strain.

The result is a profound meeting of three distinct cannabinoids. An additional trifecta ensures Secret Nature’s delta 8 pre-rolls burn smooth and mild: (1) organic, sustainable cultivation processes, (2) superior genetics, and (3) next-generation hemp production engineering.

  • Very smooth smoke
  • It all comes down to Secret Nature’s superior production processes

4. Frosted Kush aroma and flavor

Each Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Roll technically contains two different hemp strains. All I could smell or taste, however, was Frosted Kush.

That’s good news for lovers of this strain (who are many). Frosted Kush has been one of Secret Nature’s most popular strains since the company’s founding, and I was excited to try this new spin on an old favorite.

To be honest, I’d always wanted to try Frosted Kush in an intoxicating form. Sure, ∆8 is no ∆9, but it’s no CBD either. In some ways, I felt like my Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Rolls were Frosted Kush unbound even though the strictly-CBD version of this strain is perfectly good in its own right.

  • Didn’t smell or taste notably different from normal Secret Nature Frosted Kush
  • Delicious piney, berry, and cream notes combine

5. It blends the effects of CBD, CBG, and ∆8

Now, for the most important part — the effects. I have to say, I have never experienced anything quite like smoking a Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Roll.

Last year, I wrote an article for a different company about the future of the cannabinoid industry. In it, I postulated that the market would gradually gravitate toward products that combine roughly equal concentrations of 3-10 different cannabinoids.

It seems the future has arrived. Each Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Roll contains:

  • 105mg delta 8 THC
  • 80mg other cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, and minors)

If you have a sharp eye, you might note that these pre-rolls are a lot more potent than any other joints Secret Nature offers. That’s exactly right, and I felt it from my first puff.

Pardon my French, but what the hell was I smoking? Was this weed, CBD, or some sort of future-cannabis the world hadn’t yet dreamed up?

Making up almost two-thirds of each joint’s combined cannabinoid profile, the effects of delta 8 THC were very strong and noticeable. Simultaneously, the calming, soporific effects of CBD kicked in alongside the somewhat more chipper and oddball effects of CBG.

Mark my words — joints like Secret Nature Delta 8 and Secret Nature Super Spectrum are the shape of things to come. It almost seems a shame going back to Cannabis sativa products with only one or two main cannabinoids.

  • This is the future of joints
  • Come one, come all — cannabinoids are merrier together (and when in large concentrations each)

6. Convenient pre-rolls kick in quick

The nice thing about a joint is that it takes a while to smoke. By the time you’re done, you’ve already started feeling the effects. Then, all the remaining cannabinoids you ingested after your first puff gradually catch up with you.

One minute in, I could feel an rising energy. Two minutes in, I was close to done with my pre-roll. Four minutes in, my joint was crushed, and I was cresting the wave of some sort of cannabinoid synergy the world has never before seen.

  • Effects kicked in within 2 minutes
  • Persisted for around 90 minutes

7. I give these unique pre-rolls a perfect score

What’s not to love about a new thing? In retrospect, I might find something I didn’t like about this expertly packaged, delicious, and unique pre-roll 2-pack, but I haven’t discovered it yet.

  • Packaging and labeling: 5/5
  • Texture: 5/5
  • Flavor: 5/5
  • Effects: 5/5
  • Duration of effects: 5/5
  • Overall score: 5/5

Who is it good for?

We’re all health pioneers just for trying CBD. When the world told us to stay away, we got even closer, and now the skeptics have been forced to admit that our relationship with CBD is wholesome and beneficial.

It’s only natural to take things a little further. What’s beyond the door that CBD has opened? What new cannabinoid combinations might take center stage, and which new cannabinoid forms might slide their way out of the dark unknown?

If, like me, you’re always looking for the next new experience, the Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Roll 2-Pack is it. You’ll even have the security blanket of Frosted Kush intermixed just in case the bright new hemp future we’re headed toward gets a little blinding.

Secret Nature Delta 8 Pre Roll 2-Pack FAQ

To finish off our list, let’s see if we can answer any lingering questions related to smoking hemp:

8. Where do I learn how to smoke CBD or delta 8?

Right here at the Shared Secrets blog. We have tons of informational articles on topics including how to smoke CBD pre-rolls, the differences between smoking and vaping, why CBD smoke is better for you than tobacco smoke, and many more.

9. Should I ever learn how to smoke CBD oil?

Nope, never. That’s a fool’s errand — and a mistake.

First, oil is something you vaporize, not smoke. Second, “CBD oil” usually refers to CBD tincture, which you can’t vape.

Stick to smoking flower and pre-rolls, and limit your vaping to vape cartridges.

10. Would I gain anything by learning how to smoke CBD isolate?

That would be a little too close to freebasing for our tastes. CBD isolate is already undesirably low-quality under the best of circumstances, and trying to smoke this rendered-down form of CBD just sounds messy and dangerous.
